Accounts Receivable Accountant
Los Angeles, CA Temporary $28.00 - $31.00/hr Onsite
Job Description

Ledgent has partnered with a growing distribution company and is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage daily AR operations and support cash flow.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle AR for ~75 accounts, including collections and follow-ups
  • Perform high-volume invoicing, invoice auditing, and account reconciliations
  • Handle credit variances, deductions, chargebacks, pricing adjustments, and damages
  • Ensure timely deposits and accurate billing for shipments
  • Maintain records and process transactions in QuickBooks
  • Support light administrative tasks (mail handling, document scanning, CPA coordination)

Qualifications

  • 4+ years AR experience in distribution, manufacturing, or CPG
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle AR, reconciliations, and invoicing
  • Experience with any ERP Systems
  • Persistent, self-motivated, and comfortable managing collections with business owners
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative in a small team environment
